Important Updates to Booking Your Appointment

Whether you’re a new or established patient at Belle Medical Aesthetics, we encourage all patients to book their appointments online, through our website, and patient portal or call us directly at 360.873.1118. We are no longer booking appointments by email, or through our text messaging service.

A Valid Credit Card is required to book your appointment. We charge $100 for virtual/ in-person consultations (which goes towards treatment should you continue services with us, otherwise this fee is non-refundable). We do not charge for holding your appointment time, but we will charge a late fee (explained below) in the instance you cancel/move your appointment without proper notice, or do not show up to your appointment. If you are booked for a Follow-Up Appointment, please note that this is also subject to our Cancellation Policy.

Patients who have been previously consulted on a treatment plan and desire further consultation with their provider may be subject to a $50 fee for each additional 30 minute consult, which will go towards treatment should you continue services with us.

Payment Policy

We accept most credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Our Financing/Payment Plan option is available through our website for qualified applicants. Payment is due in full at the time of treatment.

Pricing Policy

Treatments and Product Pricing are subject to change at any time. You will be quoted for the cost of your treatment during your appointment, before receiving treatment or at your consultation appointment.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for treatments, products, or services. In the unlikely case that you are unhappy with your experience, we encourage you to call our provider to determine if a follow-up appointment might assuage your concerns.

Revisional or Additional Treatment or Treatment of Complications

Aesthetic Practice is not an exact science. Although we anticipate good results based on the best medical data and previous patient outcomes, we cannot guarantee or warrant the outcome of any treatment or service. In some cases, additional or follow-up treatments of the same or different types may be necessary to achieve the desired effect. These could result in additional charges, for which you may be responsible. We do our utmost to achieve optimal results for all our patients and to accurately describe what you can expect from your treatment or service. However, the results of any aesthetic treatment will vary from individual to individual. Belle Medical Aesthetics makes no guarantees regarding patient satisfaction.

New Patient Policy

All new patients are encouraged to meet virtually or in-person prior to treatment for proper evaluation/assessment.

Photo Policies

  • All Patients are required to have their photo taken as part of their medical record, per appointment and/or treatment. We use these photos as a tool to help track your journey and maintain clear and accountable progress throughout your individual process, as a patient, at Belle Medical Aesthetics.
  • Patients must remove makeup using wipes provided.
  • Patients must remove accessories: earrings, necklaces, or anything that could distract from your treatment area.
  • Patients must pull back their hair, gently, away from the face. We will provide you with hair elastics and headbands.
  • Depending on your treatment, we may ask for another set of photos before you leave your appointment.
  • All patient photos are a part of your medical record and are kept secure. No patient photos are ever published or shared without direct consent from the patient.

Late Arrival / Appointment Forfeiture Policy for Confirmed Appointments

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late or halfway through your scheduled appointment timeframe, you may be subject to a full service fee. We highly encourage all patients to arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointments to avoid any issues with receiving their desired treatment.

Cancellation Policy

In an effort to provide the best possible service for our patients and with mutual respect between provider and patient, Belle Medical Aesthetics has the following cancellation policy for all appointments.
 
Patients are asked to please give a minimum of 72 hour notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Earlier notice is considered courteous and much appreciated.
 

Patients who do not observe the cancellation policy will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Patients who are billed the $100.00 cancellation fee will be responsible for the balance prior to their next appointment, and in special circumstances, may be asked to provide payment before securing such appointment.

The cancellation fee is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and due in full prior to their next treatment.

Lastly, multiple “No-Shows” in any 12 month period will result in termination from our practice.

In an effort to provide the best possible service for our patients and with mutual respect between provider and patient, Belle Medical Aesthetics has the following cancellation policy for all appointments:

Patients who do not observe the cancellation policy will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Patients who are billed the $100.00 cancellation fee will be responsible for the balance prior to their next appointment, and in special circumstances, may be asked to provide payment before securing such appointment.

Patients who are scheduled for major procedures, including EvolveX Body Contour, RF Morpheus8, Microneedling with or without PRP, Laser treatments, including IPL and Laser Hair Removal, and/or any other treatment(s) holding more than 90 minutes of treatment time, must give 72 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules. Patients failing to give 72 hour notice will lose their deposit, or be billed a $150 cancellation fee; whichever is higher.

The cancellation fee is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and due in full prior to their next treatment.

Lastly, multiple “No-Shows” in any 12 month period will result in termination from our practice.

Last Minute Cancellations Due to COVID-19

As we aim to protect the health and safety of our Providers, Staff, and Patient Community, we encourage patients to share with us if they are awaiting a COVID-19 Test, are symptomatic, or believe they’ve been exposed to COVID-19 as soon as possible before their confirmed appointment. If you are scheduled for a confirmed appointment and inform our team the day of your confirmed appointment that you are canceling due to a COVID-19 concern, you may be subject to a cancellation fee that will be put towards your next treatment. This amount will never expire and can be used towards any treatment with your provider. We will assist you personally in rebooking your treatment after receiving your negative test results, at your convenience. We encourage patients to take advantage of rapid testing if you do believe you’ve been exposed before your appointment and inform us of any feeling of COVID-19 symptoms, as soon as possible, if you have an appointment on the books. We thank our patient community for continuing to communicate openly with us, supporting our business in these challenging times, and understanding that we’re doing our part in protecting the time and resources of all patients by upholding our policies.
